BlackSpider improves service following SC Magazine's Best Buy award
Email security services company, BlackSpider Technologies, has been awarded Best Buy in SC Magazine's Anti-spam group test beating six other service providers . BlackSpider is always striving to improve the service it offers and has taken the opportunity of the launch of its MailControl Enterprise service to incorporate some of the enhancements suggested by SC Magazine.
The online portal, where customers can control their email security policies, has been updated so that the quarantine area is now a full online message centre that provides even more advanced searching capabilities and new management facilities. Other updates to the portal include faster message searching and tracking, and enhancements to usability.
The spam rules have been expanded with additional user options and the ability to specify how to handle emails at different threshold levels. For example if an email is just above the threshold limit it can be delivered, marked as spam or sent to a separate quarantine area.
BlackSpider MailControl now delivers email threats and protection level reports four times faster than previously and mail delivery is optimised to balance fast delivery without compromising spam filtering. Email is consistently delivered within three seconds.
